18 U.S.C. 2257 RECORD KEEPING REQUIREMENTS COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

Exemption. The operators of this Platform are not the producers (whether primary or secondary as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any depictions of visual, actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct contained in this Platform. Instead, the activities of the operators of this Platform, with respect to such content, are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of depictions produced by third parties. Pursuant to Title 18 U.S.C. 2257(h)(2)(B) (iii) and Title 18 U.S.C. 2257(h)(2)(B) (v) and 47 U.S.C. 230(c), member information is not similarly maintained and the operators of this Platform reserve the right to delete any content that is on the Platform which the operators deem to be indecent, obscene, defamatory or inconsistent with their policies and terms of service. The owners and operators of this Platform are not the primary producer (as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257) of any of the visual content contained in this website.

All models, actors, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained on this Platform were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions. With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this Platform, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content or otherwise, all persons in said visual depictions were at least eighteen (18) years of age when said visual depictions were created.

Some visual depictions displayed on this Platform are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.
